Doug Fields, Matt McGill and Josh Griffin are back in action on the show.  After a little pre-show pep talk they dive into responding to criticism, volunteers involvement in adult small groups, what does the podcast crew do when they aren’t filming the show, giving up your xbox, finding the right small group leaders, dealing with over reative parents, and controlling requests for your time.  It’s a lot, but we had a lot to make up for after last week.
