Just wrapped the live podcast
An hour ago we finished the live podcast at NYMC. It couldn’t have gone any better. It also included 35 friends from around the globe watching the show live on the internet and about 100 folks in the room with us. Chris is a technology genius!

I’ve eaten so much in 24 hours
The last 24 hours in Cinncy have proven to test my mental strength and agility with my eating habits. I’m failed miserably thus far and plan to rebound tomorrow. Wish me luck.

natalie is on maternity leave
just got back from lunch at Red Robin today, celebrating natalie and her husband eric. today is natalie’s last day before maternity leave, so we had to send her out in style. nothing like a greasy burger to say we love you and will miss you natalie!
